Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not usually processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, weather, local restrictions, or other unexpected delays.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders of ₹499 and above
- ₹49 shipping charge on orders below ₹499
- Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before order confirmation
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and locations.
A fixed ₹50 COD handling charge applies on all COD orders, whether the order qualifies for free shipping or standard shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address, pincode, and contact details are correct while placing the order. Kinz Coffee is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Tracking & Damaged Delivery
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared by email or SMS, depending on the contact details provided.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product.
