Payments & Returns
We support secure online payments such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes, COD is available on eligible orders and locations. A fixed ₹50 COD handling charge applies.
Orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support within 48 hours with order details and photos so we can assist quickly.
COD handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed from our side such as wrong product delivery or damaged shipment.
